Available in store only.
We now offer a houseplant repotting service!
How it works?
Select the pot size your plant needs repotting into and simply drop your plant off in store and choose the store collection option at checkout. We recommend potting up one size only. For example, if your plant is in a ø 12cm pot select the ø 13-17cm option. If you're not sure, feel free to drop us a message or call in to discuss. Your plant will be ready to collect in store from the Tuesday after drop off.
What does the service include?
All repotting includes a new plastic pot for your plant, a fresh potting mix suited to your plants needs and a free plant consultation email to help your plants thrive after repotting. For larger plants (ø 18cm pot and above) we also offer moss poles at an additional cost. If you would like to upgrade to a terracotta pot and saucer, please select that option.3
Do you repot cacti and succulents?
At the moment, no. We aim to offer this service in a few months though.
What if I have more than one plant that needs repotting?
The cost of this service is for one plant to be repotted only. If you have multiple plants that need repotting, please select the required number of plants that need to be repotted.
I have a huge plant that needs repotting and the size I need isn't listed?
For repotting sizes bigger than ø 32cm please drop us an email to email@example.com for a quote. We can arrange to collect and re-deliver or we can repot on site.
I have my own pot I'd like you to repot into. What should I do?
That's fine! Just select the pot size at checkout and drop your pot off with your plant.
Can you repot it for me with a moss pole?
Yes! For larger plants (ø 18cm pot and above) we also offer moss poles at an additional cost.
I've been charged for delivery but I'm dropping my plant off at the store?
Make sure you select the store collection at checkout to avoid an unnecessary delivery charge.
Disclaimer: Plants are living things and even with the greatest of care and the use of appropriate potting mediums, they can go in to shock when repotted. We can't guarantee the success of a repotted plant, especially when it involves dividing a plant.
