I have shopped in person before and love the atmosphere of the shop. Recently I ordered online and had a small issue with the order. I must say customer service (spoke to Chris) has been excellent. Quick, friendly responses and I received an amended order in under a week on a day that worked around me. Visited Liverpool in June and found Roots! Bought a satin pothos which has grown drastically and still a healthy, happy plant. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and gave the best care pictures. 100% recommend for all plant lovers, just waiting for more plants to come in stock online and order all the way from the northeast. We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it! Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Root Houseplants for anyone looking for quality plants.

Where do you ship from?

We now ship fresh plants directly from our trusted growers in The Netherlands.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, you can expect your plants to arrive within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Ask our virtual assistant the shipping times to your location for a more detailed answer.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We ship plants to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland. We also ship to European countires including France, Italy, Ireland and Germany.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your plant arrives damaged, please contact us with images, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Is my plant harmful to pets?

Some plants are harmful to pets if ingested. Check out our pet friendly section for some suitable options.
