Let the Song Hold Us is a collection of new immersive artworks that reach between generations, and across geographic boundaries. The artists experiment with storytelling to consider how we might shape our own identities from the memories of those we have lost. Centred around song and music as a way to communicate ideas of family, hope, and belonging, the works reimagine the ways we create and share; what we inherit, and what we pass on. They represent both the daily rituals of our lives and the moments when we yearn for a deeper understanding of who we are. Featuring Korakrit Arunanondchai & Alex Gvojic, Zinzi Minott, Tessa Norton, Larissa Sansour & Søren Lind, Ebun Sodipo and Rae-Yen Song.

We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it! Visited Liverpool in June and found Roots! Bought a satin pothos which has grown drastically and still a healthy, happy plant. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and gave the best care pictures. 100% recommend for all plant lovers, just waiting for more plants to come in stock online and order all the way from the northeast. Just had a lovely shopping experience in Root. I was in a mad dash to make a train and was running late, UK trains, need I say more? Anyway, Jordan, was accommodating of my time crunch and helped me select a beautiful plant as a gift. He was a ray of sunshine and the shop is a hidden oasis I will definitely be visiting and shopping at again, but with no train to catch this time.
