We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it! I have always experienced the greatest quality plants at fantastic prices, many of which are hard to find rare plants! The service really is the best, from receiving plant care emails on the specific plants that I have purchased to my absolute delight on opening the securely packaged treasures a few days later, to the exceptional customer service I have received especially from Chris who I was in contact with recently. I have shopped in person before and love the atmosphere of the shop. Recently I ordered online and had a small issue with the order. I must say customer service (spoke to Chris) has been excellent. Quick, friendly responses and I received an amended order in under a week on a day that worked around me. Would definitely recommend and shop here again as I can see how high the standards are and how much Root values customer service and satisfaction. Thank you very much!
