I have shopped in person before and love the atmosphere of the shop. Recently I ordered online and had a small issue with the order. I must say customer service (spoke to Chris) has been excellent. Quick, friendly responses and I received an amended order in under a week on a day that worked around me. Would definitely recommend and shop here again as I can see how high the standards are and how much Root values customer service and satisfaction. Thank you very much! Visited Liverpool in June and found Roots! Bought a satin pothos which has grown drastically and still a healthy, happy plant. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and gave the best care pictures. 100% recommend for all plant lovers, just waiting for more plants to come in stock online and order all the way from the northeast. Thank you!

Epiphylum CV. Fruhlingsgold and Rhipsalis augdoensis arrived this morning. Both in great Condition and are slowly settling down in the Conservatory/ Orchid House. Today 30thApril Epiphylum ackermannii and Euphorbia triangularis arrived this morning. Once again in very good condition and again settling down. Am really impressed with the Service and how fast they seem to arrive. Am hoping to find some more exciting "finds" on Root_ Houseplants.

We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it! Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Root Houseplants for anyone looking for quality plants.
