Visited Liverpool in June and found Roots! Bought a satin pothos which has grown drastically and still a healthy, happy plant. We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it! Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Root Houseplants for anyone looking for quality plants.

This was my first order from this store, and I was simply delighted. Just had a lovely shopping experience in Root. I was in a mad dash to make a train and was running late, UK trains, need I say more? Anyway, Jordan, was accommodating of my time crunch and helped me select a beautiful plant as a gift. He was a ray of sunshine and the shop is a hidden oasis I will definitely be visiting and shopping at again, but with no train to catch this time.
